Copies of Original Corporate Records
This service is currently only available for Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda and the UAE (Dubai).
This service involves sending ground agents to physically visit the commercial authority's premises and inspect the records of the subject company, where possible obtain copies of the records including all relevant data such as:
- Correct registered and complete business name.
- Correct registered full physical address.
- Correct registered postal address if any.
- Correct and registered contact details (incl. Telephone, Fax, email etc).
- Commercial register number.
- With which register in the country the business is registered (if applicable).
- Legal Form / Type (i.e. Limited Company, Joint Stock Company etc).
- Date of incorporation.
- Registered Capital and Paid up Capital.
- Number of Shares of the capital.
- Registered Business Activities.
- Full names of the shareholders/owners (incl. first, middle and last name).
- Nationality of the owners/shareholders.
- Identifiers of owners/shareholders such as Civil Registration Number, Passport Number or similar.
- Percentage of the shareholding and number of shares held by the shareholders.
- Full names of the Directors & Board Members (incl. first, middle and last name).
- Full Name of the Top Management / Authorised Signatory (incl. first, middle and last name).
- Nationality of the Directors & Board Members.
- Identifiers of the Directors & Board Members such as Civil Registration Number, Passport Number or similar.
- Amendments and changes to the company record for instances such as change of name, change of address, change of officers/director or shareholders and capital.
