Property - Real Estate Asset Search
Currently available for Jordan, Lebanon & Cyprus only, this would entail conducting a search at the local land registry department against a person or an entity's name as provided for any (full or partial) real estate ownership including plots of lands, buildings, apartments, houses, agricultural, commercial & industrial properties, etc in Lebanon's eight juridical real estate departments covering the entire country and in the Republic of Cyprus.
The search result would be supplied as a scan of the original signed and stamped copy (in Arabic) of the search task as obtained from the relevant authority which will be emailed and if required mailed by regular post to the client:
- Plot Number.
- Section Number.
- Block Number.
- Real Estate Area.
- Real Estate Area Juridical Department.
- Number of shares owned by the person in question.
- Type of Ownership.
- If the property is mortgaged or secured.
- Date of Search at the real estate department, part of the Ministry of Finance of Lebanon.

Whilst Cedar Rose will make every effort to obtain the above listed data, please note that not all the above items listed will necessarily be available in every case. If a brief translation of the search result is required by the client, an in-house translation into English of the above can be made and supplied on request at no additional charge.
In Jordan & Cyprus, the search can be done a little faster and delivered within 10 working days as opposed to Lebanon where 15 days are required.
