Name                    Mark Bowers Position                Marketing Executive Q: What position do you hold in the company and how long have you worked for Cedar Rose? A: I have been in the marketing department since July 2017. Q: What do you love about your job? A: Being digitally creative, bringing ideas to the table for visual brand representation. Quality assurance, consolidating ideas and delivering this as presentable branded imagery/messages.  Brainstorming new marketing strategies and hands on online/offline digital implementation. Q: When you hang your hat on Monday morning, what does your day consist of? A: Creating content, balancing priority tasks - for a live example right now today, offline events, Google analytics, LinkedIn campaign management with budgets and targeting, graphic/video design, brochures, Mailchimp campaigns, staff events, SEO optimization, web design with QA , new product design with QA… Q: What drives you to be successful in the workplace? A:  To convey our brand through a well-rounded and solid public relations profile. To deliver content and messages which can sway a client at that critical moment when they are choosing suppliers – my personal drive is to grow my position as the company grows. Q: What achievements are you most proud of in work? A: Working with my MD and team to transform all areas of the companies` digital footprint. Q: What achievements are you most proud of outside of work? A: Adventures, visiting Amazonian tribes in the basin, survival training on 2x uninhabited islands, featured on the front cover of South East Asia Backpacker magazine… but also being a landlord and renovating property with my own two hands. I feel privileged to have lived in 8 countries and seen many other places in the world for long periods of time – enough time to understand the true culture behind the locals and their daily lifestyle rather than a holiday. Running a dog shelter during weekends and general volunteering has been a priceless reward. Some of my biggest achievements have been when making art for family. Q: What do you love to do outside of work? A:  Calisthenics will be a new thing for this year, with some city breaks for my YouTube channel, next video title this year will be “100 Minutes in Romeâ€?. 2019 will be full of yoga and training.
