When you need to be 100% certain your client is legitimately registered, the current trading status, who owns it today and what is the corporate history, Cedar Rose’s boots on the ground can help. Obtaining genuine copies of corporate records, especially in parts of the Middle East, Africa and Asia can involve our local agents physically visiting the commercial authority’s premises or viewing the records electronically. In some countries, these records are still held in paper registers, but Cedar Rose’s research team can still assist, as long as you can provide the Company Registration number.

Actual up-to-date copies, suitable for litigation purposes.

Copies are provided as obtained directly from a jurisdiction’s official registry in the local language. However, as obtaining copies of the original corporate records is not legal in all countries, Cedar Rose would offer you a Corporate Record Report for those countries which again involves physically viewing the corporate record, taking notes and providing the data in a report format.
